Psychology is not just a science—it’s a way towards living a balanced life

This belief has shaped my journey as a mental health professional and continues to guide my purpose to hold space for healing, empower self-discovery, and nurture inner clarity.

Tashu Rawal

A proud Master’s student in Psychology and a passionate mental health practitioner. When I first began studying psychology, it felt like just another subject. But as I explored deeper, I discovered that it was a way of understanding life, emotions, and human connection. Psychology became my lens to see the world and more importantly, to help others find their path within it.

My journey took a beautiful turn when I was introduced to Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). This powerful modality allowed me to blend emotional and body-based healing, offering a more holistic approach in my work. It helped me realize how beautifully emotions and the body work together to guide our healing and growth.

Along with being a Life Coach, Leadership and Positive Psychology Practitioner, I am also a Certified POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Trainer. I’m deeply committed to creating safe, supportive spaces whether it’s for personal transformation, workplace well-being, or emotional healing.

At Panchajanya Wellness, my mission is simple: to walk with people as they rediscover themselves, heal from within, and create meaningful, fulfilling lives.

My Approach as a Therapist

As a therapist, I hold space that is rooted in empathy, safety, and deep presence. My approach is holistic and integrative, combining evidence-based techniques with mindfulness, emotional awareness, and body-based healing.

I believe that whatever happens on a mental or emotional level also lives within the body. We store stress, unprocessed emotions, and trauma in our physical being often without even realizing it. That’s why therapy with me also includes practices like EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), which helps gently release emotional blocks held in the body.

Because if we don’t empty what weighs us down, how can we create space for something new, clarity, calm, or joy

My approach is also rooted in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), humanistic principles, and mindfulness-based grounding each session thoughtfully adapted to meet your unique path. Whether you’re navigating stress, relationship challenges, or simply longing for a deeper connection with yourself, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion, presence, and care.

My Approach as a Therapist

Compassion Over Judgment

I believe everyone is doing the best they can with what they’ve been given. I hold space with warmth, not evaluation.

Authenticity

Healing starts with being real with yourself and with others. I strive to create a space where you can show up just as you are.

Mind-Body Connection

The body remembers what the mind may forget. I value approaches that honor emotional and physical healing together.

Client-Centered Growth

You are the expert of your life. My role is not to lead, but to gently guide and support your self-discovery.

Cultural Sensitivity & Inclusivity

Every story deserves respect. I honor the diverse identities, backgrounds, and experiences my clients bring into the room.
